Private Billing Clinic - Billing Policy

The fee for a consultation is related to the length of time and complexity of the issues discussed.
Children under 16 years, Veterans Affairs Gold Card Patients and Full Pensioners are bulk billed.  
Bulk billing is ​not available on Saturdays.
We request that your account be settled at the time of the consultation. (Fees not paid on the day will incur a $3.00 additional charge)
​If you are experiencing financial hardship please discuss with your doctor.

To Cancel an Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment, it is greatly appreciated if you let our reception staff know at least 3 hours prior to your appointment. (Phone: 98575559)
 A no-show fee of $40.00 for a standard consultation and $80.00 for a long consultation appointment is payable for non-cancelled appointments
