Saturday 9:00 - 11:00 by phone appointment only (Full fees) Doctors rostered.
Other enquiries or phone bookings Phone reception during office hours: Monday- Friday 9:00am- 6:00pm.
After Hours: Call duty doctor from our locum doctor service: 132660 they will triage and arrange a visit after 6.30pm.

We are a Private Billing Clinic - except for children under 16 years and full pensioners.

• The fee for a consultation is related to the length of time and the complexity of the issues discussed. Telephone consultations will now be billed at standard rates. Scripts and referrals may be bulk billed.
• Telephone consults are not available on Saturdays
• We request that your account be settled at the time of the consultation. Fees not paid on the day will incur a $3.00 additional charge.​​

• ​Home Visits:  It is always desirable for patients to be seen at the clinic as the doctor can examine and treat the patient more effectively. However, if the patient is too ill to come to the clinic, a house call may be arranged by phoning the clinic before 10 am. (Additional fees are charged)
• Aged Care Visits:  If you are a long standing patient of the clinic and you are transitioning to Aged Care your doctor may be able to continue visiting you. Please discuss this with your doctor.

We aim to not keep you waiting. Should this occasionally happen, we hope that you will appreciate that another patient has required a little extra time. To help reduce waiting times, please advise reception staff when making an appointment if you need a long consultation or:

• You need to discuss multiple problems
• You need a doctor to complete forms
• Require a minor surgical procedure​​

To Cancel an Appointment

• If you are unable to attend an appointment, it is greatly appreciated if you let our reception staff know at least 3 hours prior to your appointment. (Phone: 98575559)
•  A no-show fee of $40.00 for a standard consultation and $80.00 for a long consultation appointment is payable for un-cancelled appointments.
